Alongside customer data, product data is the most important and valuable data a company has. The increase in product data requirements has risen constantly in recent years and continues to do so. This brings us to the centrepiece of our MID Article Manager.

In each sales channel, the most diverse target groups are analysed precisely and provided with the respective personal data in a sales-promoting language.

If the interested party cannot find the information they require, not only do the sales opportunities decrease, but there is a probability of over 90% that they will abandon the search. Collecting all relevant data

In this core process, product information is collected, checked and refined. MID Article Manager assembles this product information, personalises it and then distributes this data to all sales channels and platforms preferred by the customer.

MID Article Manager therefore organises the entire management process. MID Article Manager supports and decides for which type of product experience and in which channel – or several channels – the customer’s expectations are best met, thus leading to a higher purchase decision.

Collecting all relevant data

The MID Article Manager collects all relevant data or raw data from the existing IT infrastructure.

Data is collected and revised from all systems in the MID Article Manager using standard interfaces. These can then be written back into the respective systems or distributed to the channels with quality assurance.

Standardisation of data

By collecting the data, this raw data is combined into a uniform schema with standardised formats and clearly defined attributes to create valid product information. Our MID Article Manager does not care which source the data comes from.

This allows product information to be presented individually to each customer so that each individual customer has an emotionally tailored product experience. This product experience is an interplay of marketing and product data, embedded in the respective content of targeted campaigns. MID Article Manager supports you in keeping this important information available for the respective different markets and translating it into the respective national language.

Customer-specific address

The decision as to whether the customer stays on the website or not is made in seconds. It is therefore extremely important to pass on personalised product information to the customer in such a way that they do not immediately go to another website. In a campaign such as a mailing, the customer’s gender is taken into account, the customer is addressed by name and relevant product information is displayed based on their individual search and purchase history. This significantly increases the chance of a repeat purchase and thus long-term customer loyalty.

Analysis and evaluation
