The MID Document Manager enables the management of quotations, orders, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes, returns, emails and other business documents. These can be transferred digitally and archived efficiently, saving time, resources and costs.
MID Document Manager offers a fully integrated document management system (DMS) with a standardised user interface and a central, audit-proof filing system. It supports both manual and automatic archiving processes and enables the creation of digital files as well as quick and easy searches using keywording and full-text searches.
